With our virtual group fitness classes and daily updates during this unprecedented time, we use various approaches to maximise engagement, effort and energy focusing on getting healthier, fitter, stronger, improving our agility, co-ordination and flexibility.
Our classes include a combination of cardio, strength, motor skills, functional training plus flexibility to push you further down the track to help you improve your overall fitness and welfare.
Using a mixture of training styles including aerobic, circuits, boot camp style, through to high intensity interval training, the class can be tailored to suit your stage of fitness plus there is no need for lots of space or expensive equipment. We simply will look to keep the classes fresh, fun and interesting.
